How long does delivery take?

Orders within Dubai are delivered in 1–2 working days. For Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and the rest of the UAE, delivery takes 2–4 working days. You will receive a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your abaya is dispatched.

Can I return or exchange my abaya?

Yes. You can return or exchange any unworn abaya within 7 days of delivery, as long as the original tags are attached and the piece is in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange the pickup.

How do I choose the right size?

Our abayas are cut with a relaxed, flowing silhouette, so most customers take their usual size. The length is the important measurement — check the size chart on each product page and compare it with an abaya you already own. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger one for a softer drape.

What fabrics do you use?

We work mainly with premium Nida and Crepe. Nida is soft, matte and holds its shape beautifully, which makes it ideal for everyday wear. Crepe has a lighter texture with a gentle fall, perfect for warm days and occasion pieces.

How should I care for my abaya?

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, or machine wash on a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag. Do not bleach or wring the fabric. Hang to dry in the shade and press on low heat. Beaded or embroidered pieces are best dry cleaned.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available across the UAE. You can also pay securely by card at checkout.
